GET YOUR KEY
There is a combination box to open gate and door stairs and apartment. Instructions for entry will be sent on the day of arrival.
UPON YOUR DEPARTURE REMEMBER TO LEAVE THE KEYS IN THE OUTSIDE BOX. FAILURE TO RETURN, OR LOSS OF KEYS, WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE OF € 100.

CITY TAX

PROPERTY RULES
- Check-out time is by 10 h, to give us a way to prepare the apartment for the next guests.
- From 11 pm to 8 am you are required not to make too much noise, because we are in condominium environment.
- Be careful not to use too many electrical devices all at once!!!
- The induction hob, oven, washer/dryer, water heater, and fan are all electric.
- Prolonged use of the water heater beyond 30 minutes depletes the reserve and it will then take 4 hours to get more hot water BEWARE OF IT!!!
- We recommend that you use the washing machine at times when you are not home.
- There will be a bottle of fresh water in the refrigerator: it is from the tap, because we have good water and avoid the use of plastic. You will also find tea, coffee capsules, sugar, salt, oil, detergents and bathroom cleaners so that your vacation gets off to the best start.
- On very hot days we advise you to keep the windows closed: you will stay cooler at night with the use of the fan.
- In winter, the heating is centralized and usage is regulated by the condominium schedules
- We have always been mindful of environmental protection and waste management.
- We ask for your MAXIMUM ATTENTION IN DISPOSING.
- In the kitchen you will find a calendar with disposal days indicated. If your vacation is long and you need to
dispose of waste pay attention to the right days so you can get the bags out of the gate!
- The whole house is NO SMOKING, but if you just can't do without, you will find an ashtray on the balcony, with
the requirement to close the door, to prevent the smell of smoke from entering the house.
- IMPORTANT: The smell of smoke in the house carries a € 100 sanitation penalty
- First aid kit can be found in the hallway closet.
- The parking space reserved for you in the yard is exactly in the middle (leave space for two cars on both the right and
left). ALWAYS CLOSE THE GATE
